How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days depending on demand. We currently use USPS priority which usually ships 2-5 business days US.

What do I do if I don't want the product?

Due to the nature of the items we sale, all sales are final.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged?

If your items arrive damaged please contact our support team at support@youlovemyhaircare.com with pictures of the damage product. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

How often should I use the Extreme hair growth oil?

The oil can be used as often as everyday on the scalp, when using enough to coat both hands. Take from your palms to your finger tips to massage your scalp. Please discontinue use if you feel any discomfort.

How do I use the Lemongrass Infinity cream?

The Infinity cream can be used on dry hair or skin to add moisture and style, use the excess on your hands to massage into your cuticles. It can also used on wet hair similar to a leave-in. Wet the hair, take dime to quarter size amount depending on the sections/hair density and rake through. This cream has a light hold so you can skip the gel if you desire. You can also use it as a conditioning treatment, wet your hair and saturate it with the Infinity cream. Leave for a minimum of 20 minutes and rinse. You can also add heat to help penetrate the hair strands.

Why does it feel like there is a film on my hair after I shampoo?

The Ayurvedic herbs used in the shampoo bond to the proteins in the hair shaft to give you stronger thicker hair. The film will dissipate after conditioning or once the hair is dry.

Why doesn't my hair feel squeaky clean after I wash?

The Strengthening shampoo is NOT a clarifying shampoo, It is a gentle conditioning cleanser, that will remove most build up while strengthening your strands.

How often should I use the chocolate mint curl restore mask?

The Chocolate Mint Curl restore mask detoxifies the hair so it is best to use once every 2 weeks. Always listen to your hair and adjust accordingly.

How do I use the Pink Passionfruit conditioner ?

The Pink Passionfruit conditioner can be used as a regular conditioner or it can be used as a deep conditioner with heat to deeply penetrate your strands.

How do I use the Pineapple sage Refresher ?

The Pineapples Sage Refresher can be used as leave-in conditioner right after washing. It can also be used to cleanse the hair and refresh your curls in between wash days.

How do I use the Beard oil ?

Apply 2-3 drops of Beard oil on to your finger tips, spread it throughout your fingers then massage into the beard for 1-2 minutes.
